    Reservations

    • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Komitas Residence.
    • Guests must provide accurate contact and payment information when booking.
    • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

    Check-in and Check-out

    • Standard Check-in: 14:00
    • Standard Check-out: 12:00
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    Payments

    • Payment terms depend on the selected rate plan.
    • Non-refundable reservations may require full prepayment.
    • The property reserves the right to pre-authorize payment cards when applicable.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate plan and are displayed during the booking process.
    • Refund eligibility is determined according to the reservation conditions accepted at the time of booking.

    House Rules

    • Smoking is prohibited inside all apartments and indoor common areas.
    • Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
    • Guests must respect other residents and neighboring properties.
    • Any damage to the property may result in additional charges.

    Building Information

    • Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
    • Apartments are located on different floors from ground level to the 5th floor.
    • Guests should consider this information before making a reservation.

    Visitors

    • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless otherwise approved by management.

    Pets

    • Pets are not allowed only with prior approval from the property management.

    Liability

    • Komitas Residence is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
    • Guests are responsible for securing their valuables during their stay.

    Force Majeure

    • The property shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, or utility failures.
